Polyamory 201 | All the Love Pod
All the Love Pod presents

You're not a "baby poly" anymore. You need a 201, not another 101.

Eight live recorded conversations for people who've read the books, done the work, and are ready to talk about what actually comes next — NRE, jealousy, breakups, and the monogamy withdrawal nobody warned you about.

What it's like to work with us

Two hosts, two very different ways of holding a room — hear it from the people who've sat with each of them.

"Ro's voice has consistently cut through the crowd. Her work is unapologetic and unrelenting. Her commitment to understanding the topics she discusses is unparalleled, and her depth is a breath of fresh air. She thinks out loud the things the world needs to hear."

— Joe Duncan, author of "The Science of Sex," editor of "Sexography," USA

"Elizabeth has a commitment to excellence and making a difference in the world few can rival. Every time I speak to her I learn something new and discover something about myself. She is a bright light in this world."

— Adam Saieed, Entrepreneurial Coach

"When you talk to Elizabeth, it's like talking to a friend who has open ears, open arms, and an open heart. She makes you feel seen. Elizabeth offers such a range of perspectives and she's always open to something new — nothing is off limits, which makes anything possible."

— Michelle H, she/her, Seattle WA

"Ro has a way of making complicated things make sense. She is insightful, empathic, and an excellent active listener who speaks from an honest and compassionate place. She creates a warm and inviting space to explore challenges in a way that feels safe and productive."

— Jay, educator, Germany

What we're actually talking about

Eight conversations for people who are already in it.

Year two, year three, and beyond. No basics, no vocabulary lessons — just the real stuff.

Ep. 1

NRE & ERE

New relationship energy vs. established relationship energy — limerence, insecurities on both sides, and the psychology underneath.

Ep. 2

Values, Agreements & Boundaries

What's actually different between them, and the tradeoffs of leaning on one over another.

Ep. 3

Conflict & Repair

The scars non-monogamy leaves behind — and reframing "polyamory is hard" as unrepaired wounds, not a verdict.

Ep. 4

Being Out

The real cost of disclosing — or not — and what it opens up or closes off in your relationships.

Ep. 5

Jealousy

It doesn't go away. Knowing your triggers, and doing the work that's actually yours to do.

Ep. 6

Healthy Polycule Dynamics

What's your responsibility, what isn't, and navigating people with different pictures of how this "should" go.

Ep. 7

Breakups

The domino effect on the rest of your polycule, and the pressure to escalate when a partner leaves room.

Ep. 8

Monogamy Withdrawal

Hierarchy, couples privilege, the relationship escalator — and the "shoulds" you're still unlearning.

More from people who've worked with us

"My partner and I were stuck in some ongoing conversations, and working with Elizabeth and Ro finally helped us talk through those difficulties and find a much better way to consider each other in our day-to-day life. It was insightful and so much fun — I felt seen with every question I sent in, and so much more equipped for hard conversations with anyone in my life."

— Anonymous Participant

"I tend to clam up and cry in emotional situations and end up scattered. Working with Elizabeth and Ro left me feeling so much more prepared to have conversations that are meaningful and safe, without needing multiple unsuccessful attempts before something actually gets resolved."

— Laurianna, Solo Poly, 52

"I feel confident that I have tools and techniques to have conversations I might have avoided in the past. I loved the way the container was held — you're welcomed and appreciated exactly where you're at. I always loved hearing at the start of the call, 'we are so glad that you are here!'"

— Fletcher W.

"I had just been through a difficult breakup and knew I wasn't communicating well. Elizabeth and Ro have both said they want to help people and make a difference in the world — well, they did. I'm a different person than when I started, in ways my partners have all noticed and are equally impressed by."

— Say the Hard Thing student
